At The Lee Cooper Foundation, we provide a range of mental health and well-being support to young people ages 11-24. Our service is designed to support young people who are experiencing low mood, social isolation and mild to moderate anxiety and depression

Mindfulness and Psychoeducation

A safe space for young people to visit to unload any worries or concerns. Each week has a different workshop focus specific to the group. Your mental health is unique, so our sessions are too

At our #Let'sChat drop in, the last session of every month is focused around mindfulness and psychoeducation



1-1 CBT

Mindfulness and Psychoeducation

School Workshops

We offer 1-1 cognitive behavioural therapy for young people who are struggling with managing their emotions, or who are experiencing mild to moderate stress, anxiety and depression


Our CBT is delivered using a peer-mentoring approach through an 8 week course called Bazaar, developed by The Open Door Centre 


CBT is the only support we offer which young people may have to wait to access, but we offer a lot of support which they can access in the meantime or alongside CBT

School Workshops

Mindfulness and Psychoeducation

School Workshops

We offer workshops to schools to educate, empower and equip students with the skills and coping strategies to respond to poor mental health. Workshops can be one off, or part of a 6 week programme. Content covers mental health awareness, drug and alcohol abuse, healthy relationships, LGBTQIA+ and more. Content can be tailored to the needs of your students, or common issues amongst year groups

We offer free assemblies and talks to schools, colleges and organisations to share the support we offer at The Lee Cooper Foundation. We are also keen to deliver informative assemblies covering a variation of issues present amongst young people. If you feel as though we can support your students please get in touch

A free 12 week programme delivered to 30+ young people in Knowsley. The programme highlighted the importance of the link of our mental and physical health. Regular attendance was rewarded with a months swim pass.


Friday: an hour of sport followed by an hour of #Let'sChat

Saturday: an hour of yoga delivered by Little Sunshine Yoga.

A 10 week programme delivered to a cohort of pupils from The Prescot School.


The ASC is recognised by the chief of Merseyside Police and DofE.


Workshops covered Mental Health Awareness, Drug and Alcohol abuse awareness, Knife Crime, County Lines, Anger Management, Stress, Self-Confidence and Mindfulness.
