At our #Let'sChat drop in, the last session of every month is focused around mindfulness and psychoeducation.
We offer 1-1 cognitive behavioural therapy for young people who are struggling with managing their emotions, or who are experiencing mild to moderate stress, anxiety and depression.
Our CBT is delivered using a peer-mentoring approach through an 8 week course called Bazaar, developed by The Open Door Centre.
CBT is the only support we offer which young people may have to wait to access, but we offer a lot of support which they can access in the meantime or alongside CBT.
We offer workshops to schools to educate, empower and equip students with the skills and coping strategies to respond to poor mental health. Workshops can be one off, or part of a 6 week programme. Content covers mental health awareness, drug and alcohol abuse, healthy relationships, LGBTQIA+ and more. Content can be tailored to the needs of your students, or common issues amongst year groups.
