A safe space for young people to visit to unload any worries or concerns. Each week has a different workshop focus specific to the group. Your mental health is unique, so our sessions are too.

Football therapy can be used to improve your mental health alongside your physical health. No diagnosis or referral is required. If you want to improve your mental resilience and your emotional and social wellbeing then come along to our sessions.
We are working with Carmel College to create the first student-led #Let'sChat drop in sessions. We delivered training in Safeguarding, Mental Health First Aid, Suicide First Aid, Coping Mechanisms and Referrals etc.
We look forwards to delivering more training in November.

A personal and specific 8 week mindfulness programme designed to help those with poor mental health and poor self esteem.

It is important to recognise the signs when someone is suffering with their mental health. It is also important that people know how to respond.
We are therefore funding 12 spaces for 4 teachers from 3 local schools to receive Level 2 Mental Health First Aid Training.
We need to support our young people, and we need to support those who are supporting them.
A free 12 week programme delivered to 30+ young people in Knowsley. The programme highlighted the importance of the link of our mental and physical health. Regular attendance was rewarded with a months swim pass.
Friday: an hour of sport followed by an hour of #Let'sChat
Saturday: an hour of yoga delivered by Little Sunshine Yoga.
A free 7 week programme designed specifically to the needs of our young people.

A 10 week programme delivered to a cohort of pupils from The Prescot School.
The ASC is recognised by the chief of Merseyside Police and DofE.
Workshops covered Mental Health Awareness, Drug and Alcohol abuse awareness, Knife Crime, County Lines, Anger Management, Stress, Self-Confidence and Mindfulness.
